Just wanted to throw in a few quick comments about the episode
-Tom is doing a really wonderful job so far, acting-wise. He's very, very good with LV
-So far, I'm liking Kara more then I thought I would. I still object in principle to her addition to the show, but so far, the dynamic between her and Clark is very good, and her chem with TW is humming
-The whole situation with Lois and Chloe just annoys me. I hate the whole idea of pitting one female character against the other. It just turns me off, so I choose to just ignore that part of the show. I pick no horse in this race.
-Lex is a sick, sick, manipulative puppy. But isn't that whats he's supposed to be?
-Michael Cassidy is totally miscast, and looks way too young for ED. That said, I don't mind the editor role, or his acting. I think he's supposed to be abrasive, and he is, so cool.
-I loved Clark in the FOS. I sort of think Jor-El is a big douchebag, so Clark being testy with him amuses me muchly.
And thats it, onto the screentime totals for Kara, running time 39m,29s
Clark 19m, 22s
Lex 8m, 9s
Lana 4m
Chloe 8m, 22s
Lois 10m, 18s
Kara 13m, 38s
Screentime totals after 2 episodes for S7:
Clark 38m, 21s
Lex 16m, 2s
Lana 4m, 44s
Chloe 20m, 41s
Lois 16m, 50s
Kara 15m, 14s
Until next week, where I foresee someones numbers going way up ;)

Anyways, just encountered some craziness at you know where. ::sighs:: And then you wonder I stay way. :-(
But screentime totals! And Clark is up front and centre where he belongs. All is well with the world. Heh.
And yes, Lana's screentime is likely to go signficantly up from the next ep. T'was the inevitable, eh.
And when will they stop having him vow to leave Smallville for his training and then wind up staying, after all?
I'm not really phased by his hair. I got through the latter part of S3 and that terrible haircut and still thought he was the hottest thing ever. Cutting it a bit short and sweeping the bangs off his forehead is nothing ;)
